Cookies

Analytics cookies, only if you accept them.

This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic, and it asks first. Until you accept in the consent dialog, no analytics cookie is set. There is no tag manager, no tracking pixel and no advertising cookie, and nothing is shared with advertisers.

What is set, and when

Every cookie and browser storage entry this site can set, and what triggers it.

  • If you accept. Google Analytics records pages visited, time on page, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type, aggregated across visitors. Google Ireland Limited processes it on our behalf and keeps it for up to 14 months.
  • If you reject. No analytics cookie is set. The analytics script still sends anonymous, cookieless pings for aggregate measurement, which is how Google's consent mode works, and nothing identifies you between pages or between visits.
  • What is not here. No tag manager, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no remarketing list, no chat bubble, no social widget and no embedded video. The ROI calculator runs in your browser and keeps nothing: the numbers you type are gone when you close the tab.

You are asked before anything is set, and rejecting costs you nothing. Every page works the same either way.

Changing your choice

The dialog appears once. To change your answer, clear this site's data in your browser, which also removes any analytics cookie already set, and reload. The dialog asks again.

The third party that sets its own cookies

HubSpot. The "Book a meeting" links on this site open the Sentispec booking calendar at meetings-eu1.hubspot.com, which is a HubSpot page rather than one of ours. HubSpot sets its own cookies on its own domain, under its own privacy notice, and it does that whether or not you go on to book a slot. Nothing about that reaches back into this site.

The contact and demo forms also post what you type to HubSpot's forms endpoint, which stores it in Sentispec's HubSpot account. That is one request made by the form itself, with no HubSpot script on the page, and it sets no cookie.

You reach it only by clicking a link that says so, and it opens in a new tab, so you can see you have left. If you would rather not visit HubSpot at all, use the form on book a demo or write to sales@sentispec.com instead. Both get you the same 30 minutes.

Following the LinkedIn link on contact works the same way: you leave this site for LinkedIn, and LinkedIn does what LinkedIn does on its own domain.

One request that is not a cookie

Every page on this site loads its web typeface from Google Fonts. That sets no cookies, but it does mean Google receives the request for the font file, including your IP address, on each page load.

Where the rest is written down

What the site collects when you fill in a form, and what the product collects inside a warehouse, are covered on privacy. The architecture behind the product answer, which is that all data and all processing stay on the customer's own premises, is on security and data.
