Integrations

WMS integration effort is zero.

Sentispec Inventory works out of the box against any warehouse management system. There is nothing to install, no credentials to share into your WMS and no schema to design, and the correlation work is already inside the published setup fee.

What a stock export needs to contain

  • Location. The racking position your WMS believes each pallet is in, down to the individual slot.
  • LPN or pallet identifier. Whatever license plate, pallet ID or serial number your WMS uses to track a unit of stock, so a recorded pallet can be matched to a WMS record.
  • What gets compared. Sentispec's recording of what is physically on the racking, location by location, against your WMS export of what should be there, producing the four discrepancy types: wrong location, not in WMS, empty where expected, and expected but missing.

Who does the work, and how long it takes

Producing the export is normally a single scheduled or on-demand report your WMS administrator already knows how to run. LPN translation is validated on day 2 of deployment, alongside racking navigation, so any mismatch in how identifiers are represented is caught and corrected before driver training finishes and well before your first live count. See the full five day deployment schedule for how that fits around calibration and the acceptance test.

The standard API sits alongside file exchange rather than replacing it, so when you do want counted stock corrected in your WMS automatically instead of reviewed and applied by hand, you adopt it whenever it suits your IT roadmap.

No integration project, no capex. The published setup fee already covers WMS correlation as part of the standard five day deployment, and every export is handled inside the data handling terms that apply to the rest of the platform. There is nothing extra to scope or approve.

By system

Find your WMS.

Every system stores a pallet identifier and a location under its own names. Each page below sets out the export and the matching flow for that system, and your own field names are confirmed with your WMS lead on day two of deployment.

Next step

Bring your WMS lead to the call.

A 30 minute meeting to walk through your specific stock export and confirm exactly what the file exchange needs from your system.
