Each one has a figure, a page and a method behind it. Nothing below asks you to take a vendor claim on trust.
- The price is published, all inclusive. €9,950 setup plus €39,550 a year for one warehouse. The annual fee covers support, maintenance, camera leasing and every software upgrade, so nothing has to be capitalised and no maintenance contract to negotiate. It is all on the pricing page rather than quoted on a call, and the ROI calculator runs without a form.
- Three of the top ten global contract logistics providers count with Sentispec, and the flagship is a three warehouse cluster of 100,000 pallet locations. Where sites are close enough to share, the recording unit travels between them on a rota, which is what makes the Network tier economics work. - Independent assurance, and everything on premise. Cyber security is implemented to the ISO 27001 standard and externally audited according to ISAE 3000, which is an assurance engagement by an outside auditor rather than a self assessment. Recordings are stored on your own premises, and so is the processing. The detail is on the security and data page.
- Five days to go live, with the days named. Day one is unwrapping, calibration and first recordings. Driver training starts on day two, the acceptance test is signed off on day five, and four weeks of hypercare follow. The whole schedule is published on the deployment page.
- Ten sites, one accuracy figure, one stated method. 99%+ after go live, with individual sites reaching 99.99%, measured against a controlled baseline count. Every site, its size, its accuracy and its payback is listed on the benchmark page, together with what the measurement does not control for.
- Zero integration effort, and seven named WMS pages. Exchange a stock file and you have a full discrepancy report on day one. A standard API is available when you want corrections to flow automatically, and that decision can wait months. What actually happens with SAP EWM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, Infor, Astro WMS and no WMS at all is written down per system.
Nothing is fitted to your forklifts, nothing is bolted to your racking, no charging bay is carved out of the floor and no new labels are printed. The three approaches
What travels down the aisle.
There are three ways to find out what is on the racking: send a person, send an unmanned vehicle, or put a camera on a vehicle that is already going there. Sentispec Inventory is the third. Where another vendor uses the same mechanism, the decision runs on price, assurance and deployment, and the numbers are set out on the Vimaan comparison.
No new vehicle in your aisles. A drone or an autonomous ground robot is a vehicle introduced into a space where people already work, so it comes with a risk assessment, operating rules, and a decision about what happens where its route crosses a pedestrian one. Sentispec Inventory rides on a forklift that is already part of the traffic you manage. At a live pharma site it removed a hazard rather than adding one, ending the practice of raising employees on scissor lifts to read labels at height.

Where this comes from
Cameras that watch, turned into cameras that count.
Sentispec exists to change what a camera is for. A warehouse is already full of cameras, and almost all of them sit and watch. Point one at a racking position, teach it to read a pallet label, and the same lens becomes a data collection tool: it produces a record of what is in the building, not footage of it.
That is the whole idea behind the tagline, Data visionaries, and behind the line we lead with: open your eyes to the power of visual data. Sentispec Inventory is that idea applied to stocktaking. Sentispec Handler applies it to pallet movement, loading and unloading, and Sentispec Inspector applies it to trailer and container fill rates, both on sentispec.com.
The practical consequence for a warehouse is that nothing has to be bought, flown or commissioned for the idea to work. A pass a driver was making anyway becomes a count. And because the recording is kept, a count that used to end in an argument now ends in an image of the racking.
There is an environmental dividend in that too. A warehouse that knows where its stock is moves fewer pallets to find things, writes off less stock it forgot it had, and needs less floor area to hold the same inventory.

Questions we get asked
What buyers ask before a demo.
Is a forklift and driver not a bigger cost than an unmanned robot?
It depends whether the driver is spare. In 20 minutes a driver covers 500 to 1,000 pallets, normally during a break or between tasks, so on most sites the pass costs a slot rather than a shift. On a site with no drivers in the racking, an unmanned system is genuinely the better fit.
What does five day deployment actually include?
Calibration, LPN translation validation, racking navigation validation, two to three days of driver training, admin training, acceptance test sign off and a retrospective, followed by four weeks of hypercare. The day by day plan is on the deployment page.
How much work does our IT team have to do before the first count?
None. Send a stock file and you get a full discrepancy report back, which is enough to run counts indefinitely. The standard API is a later choice, not a prerequisite.
Where does our data live?
On your own premises. All data and all processing are on premise, and we never share anything with third parties. Retention and access are yours to set, and the detail is on the security and data page.
