What this website collects

Form submissions, and nothing else. There are two forms on this site, one on book a demo and one on contact. What you type into them is stored in HubSpot, the CRM Sentispec uses for sales enquiries, and the team at sales@sentispec.com is notified. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the call you asked for. That is the whole purpose.

• What the forms ask for. Your name, your work email, your company and a free text message. Nothing is mandatory beyond what the form marks as required.
• What we do with it. Read it, reply to it, and arrange the meeting. Typically within 12 hours.
• What we do not do with it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone beyond HubSpot, which stores it on our behalf. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question about pricing.
• Analytics only with your consent. The one thing this site measures is traffic, through Google Analytics, and only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent dialog. No tag manager, no tracking pixel. The detail, including every cookie by name, is on cookies.
• The ROI calculator keeps nothing. The calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type never reach us, are not stored anywhere, and are gone when you close the tab.

Like any web server, the server that hosts this site processes the technical information a browser has to send in order to receive a page, including an IP address. That is a function of how the web works rather than a choice we made, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

What the product collects

Sentispec Inventory is a camera unit that records pallet labels and racking positions while a forklift drives an aisle. It is designed not to capture personal data, and it takes active measures to prevent personal data entering its systems. The camera is monochrome, aimed at racking, and focused at 1.5 metres to read a label.

• All data and all processing are on premise. The recording unit carries its own computer and processes the run as it happens. The recordings, the derived discrepancy data and the exports sit on the unit itself, at the customer's site.
• Retention is the customer's decision. For raw recordings and for the derived discrepancy data alike, because the files are on the unit at the customer's own site, under the customer's own retention policy.
• Access is the customer's. Sentispec can access that data only temporarily, for support or maintenance.
• If a person appears in an image, the customer has the means to detect and delete that footage, and Sentispec has no access to it.
• The only thing that may leave a customer site is anonymous statistical data, and only where the customer chooses to use the optional modules that send it.

Because the data sits on the unit inside the customer's own site, that customer remains in control of it. Sentispec will provide a data processing agreement and will answer a data protection questionnaire on request. Four. HubSpot receives what you type into the forms and hosts the booking calendar behind the "Book a meeting" links. LinkedIn you reach only by following a link. Google Fonts serves the typeface on every page. Google Analytics runs inside the page, and it measures your visit only after you accept analytics cookies.

There is no social widget, no chat bubble and no advertising tag anywhere on this site. Google Analytics is the only measurement script, and it waits for your consent. If that changes, this page changes with it.

Your rights over your data

If you have sent us a form or an email, we hold what you sent. You can ask us to do the following, and we will.

• Tell you what we hold. Ask and we will send you the enquiry and the correspondence that followed it.
• Correct it. If something we hold about you is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
• Delete it. Ask us to erase your enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep a record of it for a legal or accounting reason, in which case we will tell you which and for how long.
• Stop us using it. You can object to us contacting you further, and that is the end of it.
• Complain. If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet.

If you are an employee at a Sentispec customer site and your question is about warehouse recordings rather than about this website, your employer holds that data on the recording unit at their own site and is the right first port of call. Sentispec has no access to it.
