Blue Yonder already produces the report the reconciliation needs. No connector, no credentials shared into the platform, and no change request on your side, which matters more than usual if your instance is managed for you.
The export
Blue Yonder WMS produces stock status and inventory extracts as standard, which is the whole reason there is nothing to build here. The question worth asking early is not what the file contains but who is allowed to schedule it, because on a managed instance that is a different person from the one who owns the warehouse process.
What gets matched
The comparison runs on the recording and the extract, outside Blue Yonder, so no part of your configuration is touched to produce a result. What comes back is the four discrepancy types on the integrations hub, and because each carries its own image, a disputed line is settled by looking rather than by escalating it to whoever administers the platform.
This runs on live customer estates today. Sentispec has live customers running on Blue Yonder, exchanging stock data with it and running discrepancy analysis on that data. The platform covers several generations and a wide range of customisation, so the specific export, its frequency and any managed service constraints on your instance are confirmed with your own administrator on day two of the five day deployment.
File, then API if wanted
Start with the file. The discrepancy report supports manual correction from day one, which is enough to run counts indefinitely. Connect the standard API when you want the correction to flow straight back into Blue Yonder.
Your WMS admin, and nobody else
No developer time and no change request. LPN translation and racking navigation are both validated on day 2 of the five day deployment, which is when field level mismatches surface.
